- Complete the 48-hour Pre-Examination Salesperson Course
- Take and pass the Missouri Real Estate Licensing Exam
- Complete the 24-hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course
- Complete fingerprinting and background check
- Choose a brokerage to affiliate with and apply for your Salesperson's Real Estate License

I have been a licensed Realtor in St Louis for more than 12 years. I have experience in residential real estate, investment real estate, leasing, rehabbing, and home staging. Several years ago, I helped develop a Real Estate School and taught the 48-hour Pre-Exam course. I also have experience tutoring students online. I am passionate about teaching
and realize the value of having a Missouri tutor for Missouri students. That's why I created Missouri Real Estate Exam Tutoring. I am committed to using various teaching styles, as well as graphs, outlines, charts, illustrations, and sample test questions to help my students learn and understand the test material. My goal is to help you be successful in becoming a licensed Missouri Realtor.
